Sociocultural factors of conversion to Islam

    This program is followed by a special course on conversion to Islam. Students will be familiarized with the main socio-cultural trends in modern Western societies that determine the trajectories of conversion to Islam and the main approaches to their research

    The knowledge and competencies obtained by the students are important for better understanding the peculiarities of the living Islam in the modern world in various regions and for the formation of skills for their independent study of given processes.
