In May 2022, Elmira Muratova, a lecturer at the IKI Academy, received an invitation from the Aarhus University of Denmark (one of the top 100 universities in the world) to conduct research. The research is related to contemporary ethno-political processes in Crimea, in particular the identity, culture and politics of the Crimean Tatars. The research will have an interdisciplinary character at the intersection of political science, religious studies, and anthropology. It will result in a series of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
